The Scheduling Administrative Assistant will receive incoming requests for services, create a daily schedule for field staff, and maintain open communications regarding services.
Requirements
- HS Diploma; Associate degree in Business Administration or related is ideal
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established procedures
- Good attention to detail, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
