Press Brake Operator

CNC Recruitment is seeking a motivated Press Brake Operator to join a forward-thinking team within a thriving manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will operate and set up press brake machinery to form metal parts and components.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating and setting up press brake machines (preferred); however training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work to precise measurements.
• Engineering background is essential
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role.
