CNS Healthcare is seeking a Director of Adult Clinical Operations to lead and oversee clinical areas and operations within Adult Services programming. The role involves enhancing the agency's ability to fulfill its goals and adapt to changing needs, overseeing service delivery and productivity, and ensuring the needs of individuals served are met through clinically effective services and cost-effective methods.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy OR Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with clinical or human services BA
- State licensure: Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Limited-Licensed Psychologist (LLP) OR Licensed Psychologist (LP) if applicable
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role (at least at the Manager-level), overseeing mental/behavioral health staff in a clinical program
- At least 5 years of experience providing clinical services in a mental/behavioral healthcare setting
- Proficient with computers, Microsoft office products (including Outlook, Word, and Excel), and electronic health records (EHRs)
- Ability to demonstrate leadership and supervise others with an emphasis on team building, organizing programs/service lines, and staff development
- Ability to work closely with persons with mental or physical limitations
- Ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and build positive working relationships
- Ability to use discretion and judgment when handling matters of a sensitive or confidential nature
