Job Description
As a Front Desk Representative/Medical Receptionist at CNS Healthcare, you will be the face of the organization, providing excellent customer service and supporting the team in a dynamic and diverse work environment. You will be responsible for greeting and checking in persons served, collecting copays, and maintaining the reception area in a neat and welcoming manner.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Prior experience working with the public, providing customer service
- Passion for providing an unparalleled customer service experience
- Proficiency in word processing, data entry, and telephone skills
- Valid and unrestricted Driver’s License
