Job Description
CNS Healthcare is seeking a Mental Health Specialist - Children Services to provide clinical services to families, parents, and children with multiple service needs. The role is an interim placement to support the development of Child Mental Health Professional (CMHP) designation.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- Obtain Child Mental Health (CMHP) designation within 1 year of hire
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft office products
- Ability to work closely with persons with mental or physical limitations
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively and build positive working relationships
- Knowledge and experience with interventions used to treat psychiatric, substance use, intellectual, and developmental disabilities and diagnoses
