We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to strengthen our team and contribute to our continued success at CNS Media and Innova Market Insights, a global leader in market intelligence and media services for the food and beverage industry.

Requirements

• Develop, formulate, and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that strengthen the organization.
• Monitor key HR metrics, including absenteeism and employee engagement.
• Provide guidance to management and directors on employment conditions, labor laws, and employee relations
• Oversee health and safety procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage people operations, ensuring HR processes align with company goals.
