Job Description
The Assistant Bakery/Deli Manager is responsible for assisting the Bakery/Deli Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the bakery and deli departments. This includes managing inventory, coordinating product displays, ensuring product quality, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma (a college degree is strongly preferred)
- 3+ years of relevant customer service experience with 1+ year of leadership experience preferred
- Familiarity with Safe Food Handling
- Leadership, customer service, and operational management skills
- Results-oriented and strives to be the best in what you do
