Cornerstone Co-op invites applications for the position of Executive Assistant to join our Administration Team on a full-time basis at our Admin location in Vermilion, AB. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Senior Leadership team of Cornerstone Co-operative.
Requirements
- Acting as the liaison between the CEO, Senior Leadership and external stakeholders to coordinate schedule, facilitate communication and to support coordination.
- Maintain correspondence, reports, agendas, minutes and follow-ups for Senior Leader meetings.
- Manage calendars, travel, appointments, expense claims and prioritize tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, executive correspondence, assist with planning meetings & events, be the main contact for the Annual General Meeting and meeting minutes; compile and analyze data as needed.
- Support Board of Directors functions including preparing agenda, compiling materials, expense and renumeration expenses, and recording/distributing minutes while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support Marketing & Community Engagement campaigns, social media management and outreach to community partners.
- Be familiar with customer questions in regard to credit, equity withdrawal, account balances and payments, etc. Assisting with walk-in and phone call Member concerns.
- Have knowledge of general accounting processes such as coding expenses and looking up invoices.
- Provide guidance to the Social Committee’s and ensure they are operating in accordance with organizational standards.
