Job Description
Wild Rose is seeking an experienced Retail Professional to lead and grow the Grocery department at their Camrose Food location. The role involves daily operations, sales strategies, team management, and budget adherence, with a focus on building a positive work environment and customer satisfaction. The store manager will collaborate with the Store Manager in communicating operational requirements and translating the company's vision into department initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant retail experience
- 5+ years of relevant customer service experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- Foodwise certification (required)
- Work days, evenings, and weekends (including Stat holidays) rotational basis
