Job Description
As Head of Sales, you will be the central engine for our enterprise growth, leading complex sales cycles to closure and navigating through complex organizations to convince sovereignly on C-Level and board level. You will be responsible for lead processing and closing, decision and board management, work in triangle, pipeline strategy, and value-based selling.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B sales of complex software solutions
- Annual sales volume of at least 3 million €
- Ability to lead complex sales cycles to closure
- Knowledge of modern stakeholder management
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
- Sovereign appearance in German and English
- Ability to penetrate complex requirements and develop profitable sales strategies
- Experience in enterprise software solution sales
- Strong analytical drive and communication skills
