Advancement Coordinator

The Advancement Coordinator is responsible for managing the integrity, functionality, and strategic use of the Coastal Conservation League’s CRM database, ensuring high-quality data management, reporting, segmentation, and analytics to support fundraising, donor stewardship, advocacy, and communications campaigns.

Requirements

• Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of the Conservation League’s CRM database
• Enter, update, and manage constituent records, including donors, members, advocates, and partners
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly audits of database records to reasonably assure accuracy and compliance with internal standards
• Gift processing and acknowledgment
• Reporting, segmentation & analytics
• Advancement & Communications Support
• Training, Documentation & Systems Support
• Collaboration & Other Duties
