Requirements
- Registration and designation as a Professional Engineer (PE)
- Deep and comprehensive knowledge of a field (Project Management IV)
- Experience with project management methodologies and lifecycle
- Ability to independently perform assignments, make decisions, and supervise staff
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
