Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business
• 1+ year of professional experience
• Ability to work night, day, and weekend shifts
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or healthcare environment
• Experience leading and training a team
• Familiarity with robotics, automated systems, or related technologies
