- Solve customer inquiries using internal tools and resources
- Communicate effectively through phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering teams
- Use ERP and CRM systems to log details, track cases, and process orders or service requests
- Identify high-priority issues and route them to the right teams
