Job Description
Coda is seeking a proactive Senior Software Engineer to join the Payments Team and contribute to building scalable payment platforms. This role involves designing and developing key products, collaborating with teams, and optimizing systems. Coda offers a collaborative environment that values innovation and employee growth.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in software development
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (Java, Scala, Kotlin, Groovy, Go, C/C++, Rust, Python, C#, etc.)
- Understanding of software architecture
- Understanding of data systems (RDBMS, NoSQL, Queues, etc.)
- Desire to build automation into everything
- Understanding of agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
- Good command of the English language
- Experience with AWS (lambdas, containerization)
- Knowledge of FinTech
