Job Description
The Population Health Analyst evaluates and recommends improvements for the quality of integrated health services provided by CODAC. The analyst collects and analyzes clinical outcomes and process data, and presents data on performance metrics to facilitate review of program effectiveness.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Arizona Driver's license
- Proof of current insurance and willingness to use personal vehicle
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills using MS Office products
- Beginner Tableau Desktop and Server skills
- Knowledge of basic quantitative and qualitative analysis and reporting
