Job Description
We are seeking a talented Customer Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Customer Account Manager will act as the primary contact for a portfolio of mid-to-high value customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction during and post-implementation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B account management
- Proven experience managing customer relationships and delivering commercial outcomes in a product or SaaS environment
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is required for effective pipeline management
