Buyer

We are looking for a Buyer to join our team at Domo Tactical Communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that materials and components are purchased in line with production schedules and customer demands. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role in fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment, requiring strong supplier management, data analysis, and purchasing skills.

Requirements

• Placing and managing purchase orders across key categories to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
• Converting requisitions into competitive purchase orders that meet all specifications and value requirements.
• Aligning open order books with both internal systems and supplier commitments.
• Ensuring supplier accountability through regular communication and escalation where needed.
• Supporting the resolution of quality issues and working with vendors to drive improvement.
• Maintaining accurate procurement KPIs and reporting, ensuring internal targets are consistently met.
• Conducting formal supplier reviews and occasional site visits as needed while also contributing to cost reduction, lead-time improvements, and supply chain risk mitigation initiatives.
