Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Adobe Workfront Administrator to oversee, optimize, and maintain the company's Workfront instance. This role is critical to aligning the platform to business needs, scalability, and user-friendliness, and collaboration with a parent agency. The administrator will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into Workfront solutions, manage system performance, and provide support to users.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Workfront administration experience in a complex configuration environment
- Proven ability to configure Workfront objects including portfolios, programs, templates, reports, and dashboards
- Strong understanding of project and resource management concepts
- Experience supporting a large user base with varying levels of expertise
- Familiarity with integrations between Workfront and other enterprise systems (Adobe Experience Cloud, Jira, DAM, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- NICE TO HAVE: Adobe Workfront Core/Advanced Administrator Certification
