Compliance Manager & Privacy Officer

The Compliance Manager & Privacy Officer will develop, implement, and maintain a robust Corporate Compliance Program to strengthen internal controls at Codman Square Health Center. The role will serve as a project lead and subject matter expert for compliance and privacy operational initiatives, and assist in the development and maintenance of policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Risk Management or Public Administration Preferred
• Minimum of five years in health care compliance or related field (legal)
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state health care laws and regulations
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Payer terms and conditions of participation
• Subject Matter Expert in federal and state Privacy Laws
