Support growing commercial services sector, install and support Breezeline's Commercial Hosted Voice (VOIP), enterprise fiber and small business (SMB) services, respond to trouble calls and assist technical operations construction team.
Requirements
- Associate Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two years college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Google Workspace
- Layer 2/3 networking technology
- Familiarity with VLAN and multicast
- Back office enterprise network technologies preferable
- PBX phone system and SIP phone experience desirable
- Familiarity with data center environments desirable
- Ability to perform clean cabling and professional installations
