Job Description
Cogir Senior Living is seeking compassionate Care Partners to provide direct care to residents in community settings. Care Partners will assist with activities of daily living, promote resident independence, and ensure their comfort and well-being. The role is offered in a team setting and includes a shift differential for second and third shifts.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA or willingness to obtain.
- Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
- At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset.
- Positive attitude, empathy, patience, and commitment to treating residents with dignity.
- Attention to detail, physical stamina, and high integrity.
- Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.
