Executive Director

Cogir Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead their brand-new, upscale retirement community in Scottsdale, AZ. The role will oversee all community operations, ensure quality of care, and handle daily operations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a progressive leadership role in a senior living operation
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services
• Licensed Administrator (if state regulations require) in good standing and/or meet all applicable federal and state license requirements
• Knowledge of various computer systems and CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
