We are seeking an Executive Director to oversee all community operations and ensure the quality of care and services provided. The role includes maintaining financial stability, managing budgets and cash flow, and handling daily operations in line with government agency guidelines.
Requirements
- Licensed Administrator (per state requirements) in good standing
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, nursing, or human services (preferred)
- 5 years of experience in a progressive leadership role in a senior living operation
- Knowledge of various computer systems and CRM software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to build, lead, and inspire cross-functional teams
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain high integrity
