Job Description
Cogir Senior Living is a leader in senior housing, committed to growth and resident well-being. They are seeking a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support activities designed to promote residents' physical, mental, emotional, and social health. The role involves planning, facilitating, and coordinating various activities.
Requirements
- Engage residents one-on-one and in small and large group settings.
- Lead or assist with group and one-on-one social, religious, educational, indoor, and outdoor activities.
- Support the coordination of monthly newsletter.
- Review goals and progress notes.
- Assist in decorating for special events, holidays, and seasonal celebrations.
- Support the coordination of external trips, including reservations.
- Assist the Resident Lifestyle Director as necessary.
