Job Description
Cognite is seeking a Senior Data Engineer-Support with strong software and data engineering skills. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, implementing monitoring and operational improvements, and collaborating with global teams. They focus on delivering reliable, efficient, and scalable industrial digital transformation solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in a data-intensive, customer-facing role.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Experience with REST APIs and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
- Experience maintaining production-grade data pipelines in live customer environments.
- Knowledge of industrial data systems (Oil & Gas, Power, Manufacturing).
