Job Description
We're an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents, including Devin, the first AI software engineer. We're seeking a Partner Deployed Engineer to enable services partners to deploy and deliver value with Devin and Windsurf across their client base.
Requirements
- Degree in STEM field and a strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment
- Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance in academic, professional, or entrepreneurial pursuits
- Experience working with or alongside large engineering teams (enterprise or services environments preferred)
- Strong communication skills; you can engage credibly and build relationships with senior partner leaders, architects, and executives
- High tolerance for ambiguity, intensity, and sustained effort when required
- Willingness to travel 25–50%, including frequent travel to India and partner/customer sites
