Computer Network Operations (CNO) Developer (Android)

Cohere is seeking an Android CNO Developer to develop tools that work in both user and kernel space, supporting national security interests. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and a strong background in coding, exploitation, and reverse engineering.

Requirements

• Coding experience in C/C++ and Python
• Experience with Object Oriented Programming, Networking (sockets), Multithreading, and implementing cryptographic protocols
• In-depth knowledge of exploitation techniques such as stack and heap attacks, memory leaks, and format string attacks
• Familiarity with reverse engineering tools, assembly constructs, and calling conventions
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
