Job Description
We're seeking a Solutions Architect to grow our Defence and National Security business. You'll develop and deliver cutting-edge agentic AI solutions, architect scalable and secure NLP and generative AI solutions, and collaborate with customers to understand complex workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture
- Security Clearance: Secret Clearance in Canada is required
- Strong hands-on skills with Python, Jupyter Notebooks, and cloud-native deployment frameworks
- Experience in designing and deploying "agentified" AI workflows
- Hands-on experience building on agent orchestration frameworks
- Familiarity with model fine-tuning methodologies
- In-depth understanding of the strengths, weaknesses, and operational considerations of generative LLMs
