Job Description
Coherent is seeking a strategic Semiconductor Laser PLM to manage a world-class InP device product line. This role will drive product strategy, customer engagement, financial performance, and marketing content. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, analytical, and possess a strong understanding of the value proposition in emerging markets. This is a full-time, on-site position in the Bay Area.
Requirements
- BA or BS in Engineering (preferred) or MBA/MS/PhD (strongly preferred)
- Significant business experience in Product Management, Engineering, Operations Management, R&D, or Product Marketing (experience required)
- 8+ years of related experience
- Experience with problem analysis and resolution at a strategic/functional level
