Lead Integration and Test Engineer

Coherent Aerospace & Defense Inc is seeking a Senior Integration & Test Engineer to plan, design, and execute the sequence of manufacturing, integration, and test operations for high-performance electro-optomechanical assemblies. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with design and operations teams to ensure successful product development. The engineer will also be responsible for troubleshooting manufacturing issues and improving processes.

Requirements

• Leads integration & test engineering activities
• Develops and releases assembly/alignment and test documentation
• Troubleshoots product quality and production yield problems
• Performs customer presentations and proposal preparation
• Ensures processes are evaluated and designed to meet safety standards
• Supports manufacturing operations and provides technical guidance
• Participates in configuration control (CCD) and change control (ECO, NOR, RCN) activities
