Job Description
Coherent Aerospace & Defense is seeking an experienced Principal Program Manager to lead complex and technical customer contracts. The role involves managing projects, developing Statements of Works, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion. Requirements
- Minimum 9 years' experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 7 years' experience with a Master’s degree or a PhD with 4 years’ experience.
- BS/MS in a technical or business discipline.
- Strong planning and leadership skills.
- Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills.
