Senior engineer

This role is for a Senior Engineer responsible for capacity, manpower planning, space utilization and layout improvement. The engineer will lead a team and manage engineering activities, contribute to data consolidation, and ensure efficient plant processes. The position requires onsite work and adaptability to occasional off-site matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5-10 years experience in Industrial Engineering or Lean Manufacturing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or MTM
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Experience with visual and tools
