Job Description
This Senior Software Engineer position focuses on providing software support to customers, resolving modification requests, generating machine software, and ensuring quality through testing and qualification. The role involves collaboration with engineering teams, project kick-offs, and training of junior staff, including optional travel to customer sites. The company operates in Malaysia.
Requirements
- Professional engineering bachelor’s degree and certifications in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Computer/Software/Mechatronics/Robotics)
- Strong background in PLC, C, C++, programming languages
- 4 years of experience in semiconductor/machine automation industry
- Willingness to work extra hours and support on weekends or public holidays
- Effective communication skills
- Adaptability to different environments
