Job Description
CoinTracker is a cryptocurrency portfolio tracking and tax compliance platform. They are seeking Crypto Tax Experts to review client data, explain tax results, and ensure compliance. This is a seasonal contract with remote work options, ideal for those interested in cryptocurrency tax.
Requirements
- Support CoinTracker clients by reviewing imported crypto transactions and tax reports
- Lead customer calls to explain tax results, answer questions, and provide reassurance and guidance
- Verify the accuracy of tax calculations, identify issues, and flag cases requiring senior review
- Collaborate with CoinTracker’s tax and Customer Success teams
- Stay current on tax laws and crypto reporting requirements
