Job Description
CoinTracker is a cryptocurrency portfolio tracking and tax compliance solution with a mission to simplify crypto asset use. They are looking for a Technical Support Contractor to provide exceptional support to customers, ensure their tax season outcomes, and contribute to product development. The role involves troubleshooting complex technical issues and collaborating with engineering, customer support, and product teams.
Requirements
- Work directly with customers, customer support and client managers
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Debug API errors and review logs
- Describe issues for engineers with detailed replication steps
