The Method Manager is responsible for defining, coordinating, and optimizing construction methods across all railway systems disciplines. The role ensures that all construction activities are planned and executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with project requirements and standards.
Requirements
- Define and standardize construction methods for Power, Catenary, Track Works, and Signalling
- Coordinate with the consortium Construction Manager to align on execution strategies
- Support the Project Manager in evaluating and onboarding subcontractors
- Ensure constructability reviews are conducted, and feedback is integrated into design
- Monitor implementation of methods on site and propose improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Provide technical support to site teams during execution
- Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives
