Requirements
- Act as a point of contact for expert inquiries, providing timely and accurate support to ensure a smooth participant experience.
- Manage expert communications, handle data integrity tasks, and support internal teams through process oversight and administrative coordination.
- Monitor shared team aliases to maintain visibility across projects without overwhelming client communications.
- Prepare and distribute monthly reports for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage weekly removal requests in line with GDPR and Do Not Contact (DNC) regulations.
