Requirements

• Liaison between lines of business and Development team
• Analyzes Business Requirements to understand business needs
• Combine knowledge of business wants with knowledge of system building and use
• Coaching and mentoring less experienced team members
• Review and update BCBS documentation
• Complete detailed process flows in MS Visio
• Lead closure of documentation deliverables
• Identify and document user tools
• Rebuild team's standard operating procedures
• Lead forum to review and close out IRR issues list
• Participate in weekly MIS call
