Job Description
Collabera is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Analyst to join their global, matrixed talent acquisition function. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle Taleo, Sourcing, and Workday HR onboarding technologies, as well as strong business analyst skills and knowledge of HR recruitment processes.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience administering and configuring Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Sourcing
- Strong knowledge of HR Recruitment processes and procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
