Job Description
Provide exceptional customer service and aid in problem resolution of outstanding AR balances. Assist with lockbox activity, process and post US checks, wires, and other bank activity. Maintain high customer service levels for internal and external customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of collections experience
- High School Diploma
- Advance MS Excel and SAP skills
