Collabera is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide phone and desktop support/consulting services and problem resolution. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting routine to moderately complex desktop problems and completing special projects.
Requirements
- Provides phone and desktop support/consulting services and problem resolution
- Images and Deploys computers for New Hires and Upgrades
- Provides on-site desktop support services and problem resolution
- Interfaces with other support groups to resolve problems
- Troubleshoots routine to moderately complex desktop problems
