Collabera, a leader in IT staffing, is seeking an HR Benefit Representative to work in their HR Shared Services call center. The position involves answering calls about benefits, logging call notes, and following up on cases. The role requires a high school diploma and 2-3 years of call center and/or HR benefits experience, with a 2- or 4-year degree preferred.

• High school diploma with 2-3 years of call center and/or HR benefits experience
• 2- or 4-year degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
• Good telephone manner and customer service focus
• Highly organized and able to multi-task
