Job Description
Collabera is seeking an HR Generalist to implement and support Human Resources duties for a business department or group. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in HR Generalist responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related discipline
- At least 2 years experience with HR Generalist responsibilities
- Outstanding communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced environment and effectively interface with high-level leaders
