ICU Clerk (Lease End Services)

This resource will be going through databases and lists and validating customer account information, searching and finding (researching), and funneling to supervisor or manager. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a compliance-based environment.

Requirements

• 8am – 5pm work schedule (flexibility to adjust as needed)
• Call center background/phone support experience
• Intermediate Excel experience
• Professional demeanor
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently

• Ability to thrive in a compliance-based environment
• Ability to multi-task and be flexible with a high volume workload
• Experience in an administrative, reporting, or high-volume production environment
• Financial, banking, or contracts experience (highly preferred)
