• 1+ year in Assembly Manufacturing Engineering and SHOP FLOOR experience
• Familiarity with assembly, tools, processes and systems
• Daily support to line operations/shop floor experience
• Ability to interact with wage operators and other salaried workers
• Real world, industrial shop floor experience
