Job Description
The Paralegal will support the Labor & Employment team of the Litigation Legal Department, working on Labor & Employment litigation, conducting investigations, and performing various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with a reputable, highly rated law firm, and/or in-house legal department
- Experience supporting and assisting labor and employment counsel in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Expert level strength in MS-Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Document Management Systems
- Proven self-starter who is innovative and able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and comfort with leading investigations, interviews, and meetings
- Ability to perform basic legal research; familiarity with U.S. federal and state employment laws and human resources processes a plus
