The Project Engineer is responsible for providing sound project management related to capital and continuous improvement projects. This role is responsible for implementing assigned projects to meet the approved and established scope, budget and schedule.
Requirements
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality systems
- Deliver on assigned capital, major maintenance, and plant alteration projects
- Plan and participate in Field Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing
- Coordinate and participate in validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Support assigned continuous process improvements to reduce costs
- Organize resources and oversee completion of project work
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop detailed and comprehensive project plans to monitor and track performance and progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
