Lead test automation efforts, design and implement processes for test automation, develop robust test automation frameworks, and coach QA team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong software development/test automation experience working with various technologies
- Strong experience automating tests using Selenium Java
- Great technical and problem solving skills
- Knowledgeable in various software design patterns
- Experience working across multiple geographic locations and cultures
- Experience with agile Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
