Recruiter - Senior

We are seeking a Recruiter - Senior to provide proactive recruitment leadership and support to our “Go To Market” Sales Organization in the Americas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years recruitment experience and a track record of success in a high volume, fast paced corporate environment.

Requirements

• Manage full life cycle recruitment
• Develop and implement innovative and cost effective recruiting strategies
• Utilize Taleo (applicant tracking system) to post positions, manage candidates, develop reports, and maintain all recruitment data
• Work with HR colleagues to identify new opportunities to add value to the organization
